校企合作双方对合作认知程度低;合作意愿高而实际合作少;合作层次浅、质量低;政策实施不力、缺乏协调平台等是职业院校与企业合作中呈现出的典型问题。主要原因在于:企业教育传统中断引发合作经验的缺失,理论研究的偏离与制度安排的偏差,校企合作法律供给不足,合作双方利益诉求得不到满足。化解校企合作难题,须统筹兼顾、综合考虑,亟须建立利益实现机制,推动企业实施教育,完善职业教育法律。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises has a low level of awareness of cooperation; high willingness to cooperate and few practical cooperation; shallow cooperation and low quality; poor policy implementation and lack of coordination platform are typical problems in the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises. The main reasons are: the lack of experience of cooperation in traditional education, the deviation of theoretical research and the deviation of institutional arrangements, the insufficient supply of law and school cooperation and the dissatisfaction of the interests of both parties. To solve the problem of cooperation between schools and enterprises, we must make overall plans and take all factors into consideration. It is imperative to establish mechanisms for realizing benefits to promote enterprises to implement education and perfect the law of vocational education.
