目的 探讨中药对骨骼肌切伤后再生的影响。方法 昆明种小鼠 50只 ,制作骨骼肌纵行切伤模型 ,口服中药为实验组 ,未用中药为对照组。术后分别于第 2、3、5、7、1 0天处死动物。组织切片 ,HE染色 ,观察骨骼肌再生的情况 ,以评价中药对损伤骨骼肌再生的影响。结果 实验组切口处肌卫星细胞激活 ;成肌细胞增殖、分化、融合以及肌管形成均快于对照组。结论 中药可以促进骨骼肌切伤后的再生
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on the regeneration of skeletal muscles. Methods A total of 50 Kunming mice were used to make skeletal muscle longitudinal incision models. Oral Chinese herbs were used as the experimental group. Chinese medicine was not used as the control group. Animals were sacrificed on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 10th days after surgery. Tissue sections and HE staining were used to observe the skeletal muscle regeneration to evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine on the regeneration of damaged skeletal muscle. Results The satellite satellite cells were activated at the incision site of the experimental group. The proliferation, differentiation, fusion and myotube formation of the myoblasts were faster than those of the control group. Conclusion Chinese medicine can promote regeneration after skeletal muscle injury
