在流态化塔内用粒状一次合金代替镍精矿对镍电解阳极液进行了置换除铜深度净化的研究。介绍了流态化置换塔的结构,自控装置和原理及试验设备流程。论证了在连续逆流沸腾床置换过程中影响置换过程的各种因素。所得的结果表明,阳极液置换后含铜浓度<0.003g/L,满足了工艺溶液对杂质铜浓度的要求。
In the fluidized tower with a granular alloy instead of nickel concentrate nickel electrolyte anodizing replacement depth of copper purification. The structure of fluidized displacement column, the principle of automatic control device and the flow of test equipment are introduced. The various factors affecting the process of displacement during continuous countercurrent boiling bed replacement are demonstrated. The results obtained show that after the replacement of the anolyte, the copper concentration is less than 0.003g / L, which meets the requirements of the technological solution for the concentration of copper impurities.
