如何处理课堂上出现的“始料不及”的情形呢?这里涉及到教师的课堂应变机智。可想而知,几十人参与的教学活动,课堂上总会出现一些“意外”:学生列举的例子不一定是老师所指向的范围;学生回答的问题不一定符合老师的思路;课堂上安排的细节、时间不一定按照既定的进行;等等。对此,教师要随机应变,善于作出敏捷的判断和积极的反应,灵活有效地调控教学过程,达到提高教学效益的目的。以下拾取课堂教学中产生“意外”的几个侧面,简要说说应变的策略和做法。
How to deal with the “unforeseen circumstances” that appear in the classroom? This involves the teachers' classroom adaptability. As can be imagined, dozens of people involved in teaching activities, there will always be some “accidental” in the classroom: the examples cited by students are not necessarily the ones pointed out by the teacher; the questions answered by the students are not necessarily in line with the teacher's ideas; the arrangements in the classroom The details, the time does not necessarily follow the established conduct; and so on. In this regard, teachers should be adaptable, good at making agile judgments and positive response, flexible and effective regulation of teaching process, to improve teaching effectiveness. Here are some aspects of “accidental” situations that arise during classroom instruction, and briefly explain the strategies and practices of contingency.
