高血压病是导致心脑血管疾病的主要危险因素。目前,治疗高血压病的药物种类繁多,而理想的降压药物具有疗效确切,可预防或逆转靶器官的损害,防止并发症。近一年来,临床应用拜心同和倍他乐克(小剂量)联合治疗轻中度高血压病,笔者观察107例。取得了满意疗效,现将疗效观察总结如下。资料与方法一、对象:门诊患者107例,高血压的诊断标准采用国际上统一的标准,即收缩压≥140mmHg 和(或)舒压≥90mmHg 即诊断为高血压。经病史、体检和实验室检查排除继发性高血压,恶性高血压,高血压危
Hypertension is the leading risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Currently, a wide range of drugs for the treatment of hypertension, and the ideal antihypertensive drugs with the exact effect, can prevent or reverse target organ damage, prevent complications. In the past year, the clinical application of Waxing and Betaloc (low dose) combined treatment of mild to moderate hypertension, the author observed 107 cases.
