伴随我国中小企业的迅速崛起,在国民经济的发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在激烈的商业竞争中,中小企业扮演着越来越重要的角色,与此同时,严酷的现实也对中小企业的人力资源带来了更多的挑战。本文结合某企业的人力资源管理的优劣势进行了分析,并且就目前就企业在发展过程中存在的问题如何进一步提高企业人力资源管理水平提出相关建议。
With the rapid rise of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, it plays an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy. In the fierce commercial competition, SMEs play an increasingly important role, meanwhile, the harsh reality brings more challenges to the human resources of SMEs. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of human resources management in an enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the level of human resources management in the current development of enterprises.
