《中华人民共和国档案法》的颁布实施,为我国档案事业的建设和发展提供了法律保障,也标志着档案事业走上了依法治档的新阶段。建三江分局各农场贯彻实施《档案法》,坚持依法治档的实践使我们认识到,坚持依照法律管理档案事业,是档案事业发展的根本保障和必要途径。搞好依法治档工作,必须按照“有法可依,有法必依,违法必究,执法必严”的要求,切实在提高依法治档的自觉性,搞好档案法规体系建设,在严格执法等工作上下功夫。各级档案部门在管理利用档案的同时,更应推动依法治档的进程。不断提高档案干部依法决策、依法管理的水平和能力,认真研究依法行政的规律,促进和推动档案事业健康地向前发展。
