用水溶彩色正片可在一小时内直接拍摄和冲洗40～80张彩色幻灯片并可立即放映。我们把这种快速制作法称为“补色法”。“补色法”是根据光的互补原理,事先画出与所需颜色一一对应的补色画稿(等于制成了底片),再经拍摄和冲洗即成了幻灯片。这种方法由于减少了翻印(拷贝)和第二次冲洗几道工序,从而节省了时间;又因省去了彩底和彩底冲洗药液而降低了成本;还因为是一次成像,色光损失较少、还原真实,制得之幻灯片色彩比较鲜艳,效果较好。所以它是一种经济、简便、省时、高效的幻灯片制作方法,适于一般教学和学术报告。“补色法”包括三个步骤:绘制补色画
