国内光伏市场的火热,似乎冲淡了大众甚至业界对曾经备受瞩目的国际贸易争端的关注。以至于去年12月底及近日美国商务部对华晶体硅光伏电池做出的“双反”(反倾销、反补贴)行政复审初裁,都没能如以往那般吸引更多媒体的目光。
The fiery domestic PV market seems to dilute the concerns of the general public and even the industry over the once highly-anticipated international trade dispute. As a result, the “double-reverse” (anti-dumping and countervailing) administrative review made by the U.S. Department of Commerce on China’s crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells late last December and late last year failed to attract more media attention than before.
