我们大连市七十九中,是一所有二十六个教学班的普通初级中学。初创时,学校的一切设备只适应小学教学,语文教师的文化水平除一人是专科程度外,其余全是初、高中程度,至于入学的学生都是被重点学校“筛”下来的,那么学生的质量也就可想而知了。可是,这些“筛底”的学生在几年的升学考试中,却创造了出人意料的成绩,连续几年升重点高中人数在全市最多,成绩最好。我们语文组也连续四年被评为大连市政府表彰的先进集体,这与创校初
