随着社会发展和科技进步,利用计算机进行数值模拟分析已成为材料成型领域研究的新方法。针对当前形势和发展趋势,国内高校将《金属凝固过程数值模拟》这门课作为材料成型专业的一门公共课程。但是,大多数学校该课程教学仍停留在教师“一言堂”或“灌输式”的教学模式下。基于此,在进一步明确本课程教学内容和方法、课程作用及解决问题的前提下,从理论教学和实践教学两大方面提出新的教学思路和方法,对提高课程教学质量有较好的参考价值。
With the social development and scientific and technological progress, the use of computer numerical simulation has become a new method of research in the field of material forming. In view of the current situation and development trend, domestic colleges and universities will “numerical simulation of metal solidification process” this course as a professional material forming a public course. However, most of the teaching in this school still stays in the teaching mode of teachers “one word-of-mouth ” or “instillation ”. Based on this, under the premise of further clarifying the contents and methods of teaching, the role of the curriculum and the solution to the problems, this article proposes new teaching ideas and methods from two aspects: theoretical teaching and practical teaching, which has a good reference value for improving the teaching quality of the course .
