热失重法研究填充的环氧树脂聚酰胺固化物的热裂解过程,结果表明该固化物在150℃以前失去吸附的小分子化合物;150~277℃时主要为活性稀释剂501挥发及其在固化物中所形成的端基的消去,277~670℃时为环氧树脂固化物主体结构的裂解;670~710℃为填料碳酸钙的分解.主体结构裂解分为两个阶段,其动力学参数反应级数、活化能、频率因子依次为n1=14.0,E1=109.3kJ/mol,A1=24.4;n2=5.2,E2=118.8kJ/mol,A2=21.1.
Thermogravimetric method was used to study the pyrolysis process of the filled epoxy polyamide. The results showed that the immobilized polymer lost the small molecules before 150 ℃. At 150 ~ 277 ℃, the active diluent 501 volatilized mainly and cured The elimination of the end group formed in the material, 277 ~ 670 ℃ for the cracking of the main structure of cured epoxy resin; 670 ~ 710 ℃ for the decomposition of filler calcium carbonate. The main structural cleavage is divided into two stages.
