凋亡抑制基因bcl-2可以抑制细胞凋亡,其过度表达与肿瘤的发生有关。本研究采用免疫组织化学方法检测了57例宫颈癌中bcl-2蛋白的表达,并以11例正常宫颈组织作对照。结果:bcl-2蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达,不仅表达阳性率明显高于正常对照(P<0.01),而且表达强度亦明显高于正常对照(P<0.01)。bcl-2蛋白在宫颈癌临床Ⅱ期中的过表达(64.3%)明显高于临床Ⅱ期(22.2%)(P<0.05)。提示bcl-2蛋白的过度表达不仅与宫颈癌的发生有关,而且与宫颈癌的临床进程有关。
Apoptosis inhibitor bcl-2 can inhibit apoptosis, its overexpression and tumorigenesis. In this study, the expression of bcl-2 protein in 57 cases of cervical cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry, and 11 cases of normal cervical tissue as control. Results: The positive rate of bcl-2 protein in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01), and the expression of bcl-2 protein was also significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01). The overexpression of bcl-2 protein in stage II of cervical cancer (64.3%) was significantly higher than that in stage II (22.2%) (P <0.05). Tip bcl-2 protein overexpression not only with the occurrence of cervical cancer, but also with the clinical course of cervical cancer.
