高中阶段,是人生道路上一个关键的发展阶段,学生除了增长文化科学知识外,还将对人生、对世界形成自己的看法。教育,要求每个教师既要教好书,又要育好人。但是在对高中生的教育工作中,我们一些教师往往将教育的注意力集中在后进生身上,而忽略了对优秀生思想品德方面的教育。通常,教师多用赞许的眼光看待他们的优点和长处,而不大注意他们的缺点和不足。在多年班主任工作的实践中,我深深体会到:对优秀生的思想品德教育不仅不能忽视,而且从某种意义上讲还应给予特别的重视。前几年,由于思想政治工作被削弱,加之受社会不良风气的影响,学生队伍中滋生了不少消极因素。一些“优秀生”往往只是学习成绩优秀,德体美劳诸
The high school stage is a crucial stage of development on the path of life. Apart from increasing knowledge of culture and science, students will form their own views on life and the world. Education, requires that every teacher not only teach good books, but also good people. However, in the education of high school students, some of our teachers tend to focus their education on backward students and neglect their education on the ideological and moral qualities of outstanding students. Often, teachers use their approbation to look more closely at their strengths and strengths, rather than their shortcomings and deficiencies. In the practice of many years’ class teacher’s work, I deeply realized that the education of ideological and moral qualities of excellent students can not only be ignored, but also should be given special attention in a certain sense. A few years ago, due to weakened ideological and political work, combined with social unhealthy influences, many negative factors have been breached in the student workforce. Some “excellent students” are often only excellent academic performance, the United States and Germany
