创办于2003年5月的分众传媒,2005年7月成功登陆美国纳斯达克,成为海外上市的中国纯广告传媒第一股,并以1.72亿美元的募资额创造了 IPO(首次公开发行股票)纪录。上市5个月市值就飙升至12亿美元。继后,分众传媒又借资本之力全面推出中国卖场、机场巴士、高尔夫等电视联播网。短短两年多时间,这种将户外广告与电视嫁接在一起的新媒体就取得如此巨大的发展,在传统电视媒体看来这不能不说是一个奇迹。在分众传媒成功上市
Founded in May 2003 Focus Media, July 2005 successfully landed in the United States NASDAQ, became the first overseas listed Chinese pure advertising media, and 172 million US dollars to raise funds to create an IPO (initial public offering Stock) record. Five months after the listing market soared to 1.2 billion US dollars. Followed by Focus Media also borrowed the power of capital to launch a comprehensive Chinese stores, airport buses, golf and other television networks. In just over two years, such new media, which combines outdoor advertising with television, has made such tremendous growth that it is a miracle in the traditional television media.
