[目的 ]探讨茶多酚对糖尿病并发症的保护作用及其机制。 [方法 ]链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱发的糖尿病大鼠用茶多酚干预后 ,检测血清尿素氮 (BUN) ,肌酐 (CR) ,甘油三酯 (TG) ,胆固醇 (TC)及过氧化氢酶 (CAT) ,同时做肾脏病理检测。 [结果 ]与阴性对照组比较 ,糖尿病组大鼠血清尿素氮、肌酐、甘油三酯、胆固醇分别为 ( 2 1 85± 1 85 )mmol/L ,( 3 16±11) μmol/L ,( 3 3 4± 0 4)mmol/L和 ( 2 0 2± 0 3 2 )mmol/L ,明显高于对照组的 ( 5 47± 0 46)mmol/L ,( 78± 2 ) μmmol/L ,( 1 13±0 13 )mmol/L和 ( 1 5 4± 0 0 1)mmol/L。过氧化氢酶活性 ( 12 9 18± 7 6)U低于对照组的 ( 2 2 6 61± 11 4)U ,差异具有显著性 ;糖尿病 +茶多酚组的血清尿素氮、肌酐、甘油三酯及胆固醇含量分别为 ( 13 2± 0 2 )mmol/L ,( 2 17 3± 13 5 )mmol/L ,( 1 82± 0 63 )mmol/L和 ( 1 17± 0 0 8)mmol/L ,较糖尿病组明显降低 ,而过氧化氢酶活性为 ( 175± 1 65 )U ,较糖尿病明显升高。肾脏病理学显示 :糖尿病所致肾损伤主要表现为肾小球肥大 ,肾小球基底膜增厚 ,并伴有间质轻度炎症反应 ,糖尿病+茶多酚组肾小球结构较糖尿病组完整且清楚 ,肾小球轻度肥大。 [结论 ]茶多酚对糖尿病所致机体损伤有一定的保护作用
[Objective] To explore the protective effect of tea polyphenols on diabetic complications and its mechanism. [Methods] After the intervention of tea polyphenols in streptozotocin (STZ) -induced diabetic rats, serum levels of BUN, CR, TG, TC, Hydrogenase (CAT), while doing kidney pathology. [Results] Compared with the negative control group, the levels of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglyceride and cholesterol in diabetic rats were (2185 ± 1 85) mmol / L, (3 16 ± 11) 3 4 ± 0 4 mmol / L and 2 0 2 ± 0 3 2 mmol / L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (547 ± 0 46 mmol / L, 78 ± 2 mmol / L, 1 13 ± 0 13) mmol / L and (1 54 ± 0 0 1) mmol / L. The catalase activity (12 9 18 ± 7 6) U was lower than that of the control group (2 2 6 61 ± 11 4) U, the difference was significant. Serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglyceride Ester and cholesterol were (132 ± 0 2) mmol / L, (2 17 3 ± 1 5) mmol / L, 1 182 ± 0 63 mmol / L and 1 17 ± 0 0 8 mmol / L, significantly lower than diabetic group, and catalase activity (175 ± 1 65) U, significantly higher than diabetes. Renal pathology showed that the main pathological changes of kidney caused by diabetes were glomerulus hypertrophy, thickened glomerular basement membrane and mild interstitial inflammatory reaction. Glomeruli structure in diabetic + tea polyphenols group was more complete than that in diabetic group And clearly, glomerular mild hypertrophy. [Conclusion] Tea polyphenols has a certain protective effect on the injury caused by diabetes
