作为中国特色社会主义的开创者,邓小平作出把党和国家工作中心转移到经济建设上来、实行改革开放的历史性伟大决策,领导中国迈入了经济社会繁荣发展的新时代。“解放思想、实事求是”是邓小平推动改革的思想武器和理论基础,“坚持四项基本原则”是邓小平把握改革前进总方向的指南针和坐标系,以局部带动全局、逐步实现协调发展是邓小平推进改革实践不断深入的有效策略和方法。36年过去了,站在新的历史起点上,面对新形势、新情况、新挑战,党的十八届三中全会提出了全面深化改革的新任务。坚持和发展邓小平改革的思想和实践,对推进改革开放大局,全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴有着重要的意义。
