本文对325眼人工晶体植入手术进行了总结,术后远期观察(3月以上)311眼,裸眼视力在0.5以上261眼(83.9%); 矫正视力0.5以上293眼(94.2%).并对手术方法,散、缩瞳药物的应用进行了讨论.认为人工品体囊袋内植人是较理想的手术方法.术后效果及并发症的发生与手术技巧及粘弹物质的应用有重要关系.
In this paper, 325 eyes were intraocular lens implantation surgery, postoperative long-term observation (more than in March) 311 eyes, uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5 to 261 eyes (83.9%); corrected visual acuity of 0.5 to 293 eyes (94.2% The application of surgical methods, scattered and mydriatic drugs is discussed, and it is considered that artificial implant is the ideal surgical method.Postoperative effects and complications are associated with surgical skills and the application of viscoelastic materials relationship.
