酒店服务与管理专业是一门实践性很强的专业。目的就是为社会输送具有良好服务意识和服务能力的人才。培养的人才不仅要具备丰富的专业理论知识,更重要的是能把所学的知识合理的、熟练的运用到实际操作中,用所学的理论知识来指导实践,进而不断提高自身的服务质量和效率。所以在教授学生理论知识的同时,培养他们的实践能力显得尤为重要。而情景模拟教学法则以其操作性强、有针对性、浅显易懂的特点,被广泛的应用于酒店服务与管理专业的教育教学中。 Hotel service and management is a highly practical professional. The purpose is to transport the community with a good sense of service and ability to service personnel. Training personnel not only have to have a wealth of professional theoretical knowledge, more importantly, can learn the knowledge reasonable and proficient in the practical operation, with the theoretical knowledge to guide the practice, and thus continue to improve their quality of service And efficiency. The teaching method of scenario simulation is widely used in education and teaching of hotel service and management due to its operability, pertinence and easy-to-understand characteristics.
