[目的]评价特用玉米杂交种对大斑病的抗性。[方法]采用人工接种鉴定方法评价了238份青贮玉米、糯玉米、甜玉米、高油玉米4 个类型的特用玉米杂交种对大斑病的抗性。[结果]鉴定的238份材料中,高抗型占0.8%,抗型占20.6%,中抗型占44.1%,感型占24.8%,高感型占9.7%。不同类型品种中,抗性差异较明显,其中表现中抗及以上的品种中青贮玉米较多,占87.8%;高油玉米和糯玉米分别占73.3%和61. 3% ; 甜玉米较少,占 44. 2% 。通过审定的 30 个品种中有 16 个品种表现抗性,占审定总数的 53. 3%。[结论]为选育和种植抗大斑病玉米品种提供了理论依据。
[Objective] To evaluate the resistance of maize hybrids to maculopathy. [Method] The artificial inoculation method was used to evaluate the resistance of 238 special silage hybrids of silage corn, waxy corn, sweet corn and high oil corn to big leaf spot. [Results] Among the 238 materials identified, the high resistance type accounted for 0.8%, the resistance type accounted for 20.6%, the middle resistance type accounted for 44.1%, the sense type accounted for 24.8% and the high susceptible type accounted for 9.7%. Among the different types of cultivars, the differences in resistance were obvious. Among them, silage maize was more resistant to breeds and above, accounting for 87.8%; high-oil corn and waxy corn accounted for 73.3% and 61.3% respectively, while sweet corn was less, Accounting for 44.2%. The approved 30 varieties showed resistance in 16 varieties, accounting for 53.3% of the total number of validated. [Conclusion] This provided the theoretical basis for the breeding and planting of the big spotted maize variety.
