90年至今,我们采用复方丹参注射液治疗小儿过敏性紫癜128例,效果满意,报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组128例中男84例,女44例。年龄2—14岁。全部病例均有过敏性紫癜的典型皮肤紫癜改变,伴有腹痛54例,关节肿痛36例,消化道出血18例,肾脏改变8例。 治疗方法:均用复方注射液0.5—1ml/kg/月,用5％葡萄糖注射液稀释静点。同时辨证分型投以中药其分型及治则为风热伤络予祛风清热,凉血止血;热迫血行予清热解毒,凉血化斑;虚火灼络予滋阴降火,佐以凉血止血;气不摄血型予补气摄血;瘀阻经络型,予消瘀止血佐以行气或益气之品。
