国务院总理温家宝日前发表重要讲话,强调要落实对受非典冲击较大行业的扶持政策,研究非典过后相关行业振兴计划。一是坚持扩大内需的方针和积极的财政政策。要充分发挥我国市场广阔、经济增长空间和回旋余地大的优势,扬长避短,实现投资和消费对经济增长的双拉动。各级财政要加大对公共卫生事业的投入力度,保证非典防治的必需支出。二是落实对受非典冲击较大行业的扶持政策,研究非典过后相关行业振兴计划。三是做好对外贸易和利用外资工作。落实鼓励
Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council recently delivered an important speech stressing that it is necessary to implement the supportive policies on the industries hit by SARS and to study the revitalization plans of related industries after SARS. First, adhere to the principle of expanding domestic demand and proactive fiscal policy. We should give full play to our country’s vast market, the space for economic growth and the great advantages of maneuvering to avoid weaknesses and achieve double-pull of investment and consumption on economic growth.
