目的评价利巴韦林喷雾剂喷雾咽峡部治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效和安全性。方法将120例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组常规抗病毒及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用咽峡部喷雾利巴韦林。观察2组临床症状、体征消失时间和住院时间以及临床疗效,并观察不良反应。结果治疗组平均退热时间、流涎及进食时间、疱疹溃疡消失时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为63.33%和96.67%高于对照组的30.00%和80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未见严重不良反应。结论利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎起效快,疗效好,安全性高,无不良反应,家长易操作,值得儿科推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ribavirin spray in the treatment of herpang angina. Methods 120 cases of herpes simplex angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 60 cases. Control group conventional anti-virus and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the addition of pharyngeal isthmic spray ribavirin.
