To investigate the protective effect of AMG-1 on the epileptic model induced by intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) in mice. Methods: Sixty healthy mice were used to prepare chronic epileptic model induced by PTZ in mice. They were randomly divided into 6 groups of 10 rats, which were given physiological saline, DMSD, diazepam and 1,5,10 mg / kg AMG-1 respectively , Recorded the incidence of malaria episodes and changes in the rate of tetanic convulsions. Results: 1, 5 and 10 mg / kg of AMG-1 inhibited PTZ-induced chronic epileptic seizures in a dose-dependent manner, and significantly inhibited the seizure level, latency and duration of major seizures in mice Effect, significantly reduce the mortality rate after the onset of mice. Conclusion: AMG-1 inhibits the formation of chronic epileptic PTZ in mice in a dose-dependent manner.
