Both campaigns are cultural enlightenment in which intellectuals reconstruct the subject under the pressure of modernization. The former, as a continuation of the 1911 Revolution in the field of thought and culture, opened the prelude to freedom and liberation in the 20th century through emancipation of minds and cultural change, which was closely linked with the Enlightenment Movement throughout the 1980s.
