介绍了带翼内凸筋Ｄ型管的模具设计，对模具的强度进行了校核，利用了连续挤压过程中金属流动的规律和Ｄ型管的几何特点，合理选取了模芯的结构形式．同时，对Ｄ型管内凸筋成形高度有重要影响的因素进行了分析．
The mold design of the D-shaped pipe with internal ribs is introduced and the strength of the mold is checked. By taking advantage of the regularity of the metal flow and the geometry of the D-shaped pipe during continuous extrusion, the structure of the mold core is reasonably selected . At the same time, the factors that have an important influence on the forming height of D-shaped tube are analyzed.
