目的:寻找一种较好的治疗复发性阴道念珠菌病的方法。方法:用氟康唑口服的不同疗程及达克宁栓外用的方法治疗复发性阴道念珠菌病。结果:治疗组治愈率为86.1%,对照组为65.6%。结论:采用巩固治疗,以避免复发,提高治愈率。
Objective: To find a better method of treating recurrent vaginal candidiasis. Methods: The treatment of recurrent vaginal candidiasis with different courses of oral treatment with fluconazole and MDR embolization. Results: The cure rate was 86.1% in the treatment group and 65.6% in the control group. Conclusion: The use of consolidation therapy to prevent recurrence and improve the cure rate.
