目的:研究REIC基因在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测REIC基因在50例胃癌癌灶、癌旁组织中的表达。结果:26例(52%)胃癌组织中REIC基因mRNA的表达明显低于胃癌癌旁组织(P<0.05),且REIC基因的低表达与胃癌组织浸润深度有关。结论:REIC基因的低表达可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起一定作用,可能是一种潜在的抑癌基因。
Objective: To study the role of REIC gene in the development of gastric cancer. Methods: Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of REIC gene in 50 cases of gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues. Results: The mRNA expression of REIC in 26 cases (52%) of gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.05), and the low expression of REIC was associated with the depth of invasion of gastric cancer. Conclusion: The low expression of REIC gene may play a role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, which may be a potential tumor suppressor gene.
