目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法:挑选我院所收治的50例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对比两组疗效。结果:对比两组疗效,观察组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为80%,观察组显著比对照组要高,差异有统计学意义((P<0.05)。对比两组出现不良反应机率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:运用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,可以较好降压降脂,服药简便,可以改善血压状况,减少冠心病心绞痛出现机率,治疗效果明显。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium on patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods: Fifty patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group.
