提出了一种新型常减压流程 ,并利用大型化工工程软件PRO/II对其进行了模拟 .模拟结果表明 :新流程能较好的达到所需的换热要求 ;同时在常压拔出率较传统流程提高 0 .9%的情况下 ,新流程可节能 1 8.3% .另外 ,在减压炉能耗保持不变的情况下 ,带深拔段的新流程可使减压段拔出率提高 0 .46% .文中还利用阈值法对新流程设计了换热网络 ,模拟计算结果进一步验证了新流程节能效果和良好的应用前景 .
A new type of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process was proposed and simulated by large-scale chemical engineering software PRO / II.The simulation results show that the new process can reach the required heat transfer requirement well, Compared with the traditional process by 0.9%, the new process can save 18.3% of the energy.In addition, the vacuum boiler energy consumption remains unchanged, the new process with deep drawing section decompression section pull-out rate Increasing by 0.46% .This paper also uses the threshold method to design the heat exchanger network for the new process. The simulation results further verify the new process energy saving effect and good application prospect.
