葡萄膜炎症在眼科领域内仍是一个有待深入研究,以期更好解决的课题。外源性者如眼球外伤(主要是穿孔伤)、角膜溃疡、手术感染、及续发性者如眼内出血、眼内肿瘤、视网膜脱离等,由于其原因明确,处理乃有所遵循。而内源性者,原因复杂,往往不易明确,且易反覆,治疗比较棘手。内源性葡萄膜炎的病因及治疗显然与系统性疾病关系较密切,现试就下列几个问题加以探讨。一、可并发于各种系统性疾病: 1.传染性疾病:如结核、麻疯、波浪热、钩端螺旋体病、病毒、真菌等感染性疾病。
Uveal inflammation in the field of ophthalmology is still a subject to be further studied in order to better solve the problem. Exogenous such as eye trauma (mainly perforation), corneal ulcer, surgical infection, and those who have secondary complications such as intraocular hemorrhage, intraocular tumors, retinal detachment, due to its clear reasons, the treatment is followed. The endogenous ones, the reasons are complex, often not easy to identify, and easy to repeat, the treatment is more difficult. The etiology and treatment of endogenous uveitis is obviously closely related with systemic diseases, we now try to discuss the following questions. First, can be complicated by a variety of systemic diseases: 1. Infectious diseases: such as tuberculosis, leprosy, wave heat, leptospirosis, viruses, fungi and other infectious diseases.
