随着知识经济以及信息化时代的到来,企业的发展也面临着新的契机。项目管理作为一项新的企业发展战略思想,在近些年的实施过程成取得了重要的成果。本文从企业实施项目管理的特点出发,对项目管理在公司中的应用进行了分析,并进一步指出了项目管理对于企业发展的成效,希望为项目管理在公司中的应用提供新的思路。成功的项目不仅能够实现企业的发展目标和利润、扩大企业的规模,而且能强化企业的品牌效应,锻炼企业的研发团队,留住企业的人才。
With the advent of knowledge economy and information age, the development of enterprises also faces new opportunities. As a new strategic thinking of enterprise development, project management has achieved significant results in the implementation of the project in recent years. Based on the characteristics of project management, this paper analyzes the application of project management in the company, and further points out the effectiveness of project management for enterprise development, hoping to provide new ideas for project management in the company. Successful projects can not only achieve the development goals and profits of the enterprise, expand the scale of the enterprise, but also strengthen the brand effect of the enterprise, train the R & D team and retain the talents of enterprises.
