用组化和电镜方法观察大鼠肾脏缺血及缺血再灌注后碱性磷酸酶(AlkalinePhosphataseAKP)活性和超微结构的变化,同时观察丹参对这种异常改变的保护作用。结果发现,再灌注后AKP活性明显降低,超微结构损害最重,丹参对这种异常改变有较好的保护作用。
The changes of alkaline phosphatase (Alkaline Phosphatase AKP) activity and ultrastructure in the kidneys after renal ischemia / reperfusion were observed by histochemistry and electron microscopy. At the same time, the protective effect of Danshen on this abnormal change was observed.
