区域中小学校长培训课程体系建设是促进校长发展的基础性工作,关乎培训工作的质量。构建课程体系需要以学校和校长双发展为培训目标指向,以满足职前准备与职后发展为培训内容指向,以搭建脚手架、引起深度学习和适于不同学习形式为原则,以校长职业角色分析为逻辑起点,通过分析职业角色、分解课程内容、归纳课程模块和提炼核心主题的方法,构建理论与实践合一的区域中小学校长培训课程体系。
Regional primary and secondary school principals training course system is to promote the development of principals basic work, related to the quality of training. The construction of curriculum system needs to focus on the dual development of schools and principals as the training objectives to meet the pre-service preparation and after-service development as the orientation of the training content, in order to build scaffolding, arouse deep learning and suitable for different forms of learning as the principle, As the starting point of logic, this paper constructs a system of training principals in primary and secondary school principals by integrating theory with practice through analyzing occupational roles, decomposing course contents, summarizing course modules and refining core subjects.
