目的分析超声联合X线摄影对小于1 cm乳腺肿物的诊断效果。方法随机选择于2016年01月~2017年02月间我院收治的小于1 cm乳腺肿物患者114例,作为本次研究对象,采用电脑随机分组方式,将此次收治于我院的患者随机分为研究组与常规组,各组57例。其中常规组患者给予X线摄影诊断;研究组患者给予超声联合X线摄影诊断。结果研究组诊断率、敏感度均优于好于常规组,组间数据对比发现存在差异意义(P<0.05)。结论超声联合X线摄影对小于1 cm乳腺肿物的诊断,效果突出,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasonography combined with radiography in less than 1 cm breast masses. Methods A total of 114 patients with less than 1 cm breast tumor who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected as the study object and randomly divided into groups Divided into study group and conventional group, each group 57 cases. The conventional group of patients given X-ray photography diagnosis; study group patients given ultrasound combined with X-ray diagnosis. Results The diagnostic rate and sensitivity of the study group were better than those of the conventional group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonography combined with X-ray photography is effective in diagnosing breast masses less than 1 cm in diameter and is worthy of clinical application.
