电涡流传感器作为一种非接触式传感器,由于线性好、分辨率高等优点,在测量位移方面得到了广泛的应用。为了提高电涡流传感器的工作稳定性,以恒频调幅式电涡流位移传感器为研究实例,建立了检测电路数学模型,充分分析了电涡流传感器的基本结构和工作原理,找出了影响稳定性的主要原因,并提出了提高电涡流传感器工作稳定性的相应措施。
Eddy current sensor as a non-contact sensor, due to the advantages of good linearity, high resolution, in the measurement of displacement has been widely used. In order to improve the working stability of the eddy current sensor, a constant frequency amplitude modulation eddy current displacement sensor is taken as an example to establish the mathematical model of the detection circuit.
