脑胶质瘤手术疗效欠佳，全身化疗及超选择颈内动脉灌注卡氮芥（BCNU）问题较多。为了探讨提高治疗此病疗效的方法，1993年1月至1996年10月，我们对手术切除后病理诊断为脑胶质瘤的32例，采用微导管技术进行超选择颈内动脉灌注替尼泊甙（VM26）和口服环已亚硝脲（CCNU）联合化疗
