本文描述了病菌的培养特征,研究了营养、温度、光照、pH值等对病菌生长的影响。结果表明,以蔗糖为碳源、天门冬酰胺为氮源、温度28℃、pH值5~7时,病菌生长最适宜,光照无影响;明确了杀菌剂的抑菌作用为三唑酮>退菌特>多菌灵;测定病菌致病力结果表明病菌尚无生理小种的分化。
This article describes the characteristics of the bacteria culture, the effects of nutrition, temperature, light, pH on the growth of bacteria. The results showed that aspergylin was sucrose as carbon source and asparagine as nitrogen source. The temperature was 28 ℃ and the pH value was 5 ~ 7, the growth of pathogen was the most suitable and the illumination had no effect. The antibacterial activity of fungicides was triadimefon Verticillium> Carbendazim; Determination of Pathogenicity of Pathogenic Bacteria The results show that there is no physiological differentiation of germs.
