地震复合灾害通常是指以地震为灾害源并引发一种以上的次生灾害的情况。地震复合灾害在一定程度上会加剧地震灾害带来的灾情,对遇难人群和地区造成更大的伤害及损失。减少构成地震复合灾害的种数、降低或消除各组成灾害的叠加效应是研究应急救援对策的基本原则,应急救援策略应以各灾区实际灾情为基础进行编制。基于此,文章先是讲解了地震复合灾害的特点,然后提出了地震复合灾害的应急救援策略,以期对地震灾害救援工作带来一定帮助或启迪。 Earthquake composite disasters usually refer to earthquakes as a source of disasters and trigger more than one kind of secondary disasters.
