介绍了杀螨剂10%哒.四螨悬浮剂的主要成分哒螨灵和四螨嗪的高效液相色谱同柱分析方法。采用C18反相柱分离,流动相[乙腈+水=80+20(V/V)]进行洗脱,流速1.3mL/min,可变波长紫外检测器在235nm条件下进行检测,外标法进行定量。哒螨灵和四螨嗪的标准偏差分别为0.18、0.32;变异系数分别为0.21%、0.45%;回收率分别为99.5%～101.6%、99.1%～100.9%;线形相关系数分别为0.9991、0.9998。
This paper introduces the method of high performance liquid chromatography with column analysis of pyridaben and tetracalcium which is the main component of acaricide 10% The mobile phase [acetonitrile + water = 80 + 20 (V / V)] was eluted at a flow rate of 1.3 mL / min using C18 reversed-phase column. The detector was operated at 235 nm with variable wavelength UV detector Quantitative. The standard deviations of pyridaben and tetrabutazine were 0.18,0.32 and 0.21%, 0.45%, respectively. The recoveries were 99.5% -101.6% and 99.1% -100.9% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9991 and 0.9998 .
