目的:了解医院门诊呼吸系统治疗药物的应用情况。方法:利用“军卫一号”系统统计数据,对我院2006-2008年门诊呼吸系统药物销售金额、品种及应用频度进行统计分析。结果:呼吸系统药物在销售总金额中的比例基本保持不变,用药结构稳定,中成药所占比例稳居首位。各亚类药物中祛痰药及镇咳药的用药频率保持稳定。结论:平喘类药物中,糖皮质激素、过敏介质阻滞剂、β受体激动剂广泛应用且相对稳定,茶碱类应用相对少,缓解类药与控制类药相对持平。 Objective: To understand the application of hospital outpatient respiratory system therapy. Methods: Using the data of “Junwei No.1” system, the statistical analysis was conducted on the amount, variety and frequency of sales of outpatient respiratory medicine in our hospital from 2006 to 2008. Results: The proportion of respiratory system drugs in the total sales remained basically unchanged, and the drug structure was stable with the proportion of proprietary Chinese medicine taking the first place. The frequency of expectorant and antitussive drugs in various sub-categories remained stable. Conclusion: The anti-asthma drugs, glucocorticoid, allergic blockers, β-agonists are widely used and relatively stable, the theophylline application is relatively small, ease the class of drugs and controlled drugs relatively flat.
