目的研究超滤法在病毒灭活试验中对残留消毒剂的去除效果。方法采用碘量法和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,测定超滤法对病毒灭活实验中含氯消毒剂的去除效果。结果经过2次超滤处理,反应体系中的有效氯含量稀释约200倍,而脊髓灰质炎病毒的回收效率约为77.10%,超滤法能有效去除含氯消毒剂的残留作用。病毒灭活试验中,用有效氯400 mg/L的含氯消毒剂作用10 min,脊髓灰质炎病毒杀灭对数值≥4.00。结论超滤法能有效去除病毒灭活实验中的残留消毒剂,准确评价化学消毒剂对病毒的灭活效果。
Objective To study the effect of ultrafiltration on residual disinfectant in virus inactivation test. Methods Iodometric and suspension quantitative disinfection test method was used to determine the effect of ultrafiltration on disinfection of chlorine-containing disinfectant in virus inactivation experiments. Results After two ultrafiltration treatments, the available chlorine in the reaction system was diluted about 200 times. The recovery efficiency of poliovirus was about 77.10%. The ultrafiltration method could effectively remove the residual effect of chlorine disinfectant. Virus inactivation test, the effective chlorine 400 mg / L of chlorine disinfectant for 10 min, the killing value of poliovirus ≥ 4.00. Conclusion Ultrafiltration method can effectively remove the residual disinfectant in virus inactivation experiment and accurately evaluate the inactivation effect of chemical disinfectant on the virus.
