由中国金属学会及英国金属学会主办的“稀有金属生产及应用国际会议”巳于去年11月8—10日在杭州召开。到会代表有来自世界各地十二个国家和地区的学者、专家共143人。会期三天,我国学者宣读论文16篇,其他国家学者宣读论文27篇,内容包括:铂族金属、铀、钛合金、高温合金、记忆合金、玻态金属以及稀土元素在钢铁中的应用等。 8日上午召开了全体大会,会议由英国里兹大学诺丁(J.Nutting)教授主持,中国金属学会副理事长、冶金工业部副部长周传典同志致开幕词,热烈欢迎各国代表来我国进行学术交流。为了达到我国工农业总产值翻两番的目标,欢迎外国朋友和我们合作,包括技术交流,合作研究,金属贸易,引进技术和装备,直到合资经营。中国金
The International Conference on the Production and Application of Rare Metals, sponsored by China Metals Society and British Metals Society, was held in Hangzhou on November 8-10 last year. There will be 143 scholars and experts from 12 countries and regions all over the world. During the three-day semester, 16 scholars have read theses in our country and 27 papers have been read by other countries. The contents include: platinum group metals, uranium, titanium alloys, superalloys, memory alloys, glassy metals and the application of rare earth elements in steel.
