采用FLUENT软件对流化床气流粉碎机喷嘴位置进行了数字模拟,分析粉碎机腔体中的流场。计算结果表明,在喷嘴位置的设计上,确实存在最佳的安装位置。在IGM-H100粉碎机中,以喷嘴到设备中心35mm较为适当,和文献[11]的试验结果一致,为复杂的二相流场分析提供了一种方法。
FLUENT software was used to digitally simulate the nozzle position of the fluidized bed jet mill and analyze the flow field in the pulverizer chamber. The calculation results show that there is indeed the best installation position in the design of the nozzle position. In the IGM-H100 shredder, it is more appropriate to use nozzles at 35mm to the center of the equipment, which is consistent with the experimental results in [11] and provides a method for complex two-phase flow field analysis.
