考虑多方式运输成本和库存成本的权衡,研究了随机需求下单层和多层反应型供应链的库存(补货)和运输最优策略及模糊环境下的供应链协调.在以布朗运动描述的随机累积需求下,同时考虑混合运输方式的选择以及库存补货,给出最优补货点和运输控制策略.然后将此推广到多层库存问题,分别讨论了在补货流和需求流平衡与否的情况下系统的最优库存和运输策略.独立分散决策和集中联合控制的比较表明后者能更有效地协调多层供应链系统.用模糊合作博弈建模分析多层供应链在模糊环境下实现集中联合控制的情形,在系统库存输入流和输出流平衡的前提下求证了模糊合作博弈的核的存在性并给出模糊Shapley值作为成本分摊模糊合作博弈解的合理公平预测.
Considering the trade-off between multi-modal transport costs and inventory costs, this paper studies the inventory (replenishment) and optimal transport strategies of single-tier and multi-tier reactive supply chains under stochastic demand and the coordination of supply chain in a fuzzy environment. Under the condition of random cumulative demand, taking into account the choice of mixed mode of transportation and inventory replenishment, the optimal point of replenishment and transportation control strategy are given.Then this problem is extended to the multi-layer inventory problem, Equilibrium or not, the comparison between independent decentralized decision-making and centralized joint control shows that the latter can more effectively coordinate the multi-level supply chain system.Fuzzy cooperative game modeling is used to analyze the multi-level supply chain Under the circumstance of centralized joint control in fuzzy environment, the existence of kernel of fuzzy cooperative game is verified under the premise of the balance of system inventory input flow and output flow. The fuzzy Shapley value is given as fair fair prediction of cost-sharing fuzzy cooperative game solution.
