珠三角地区的餐饮文化有着悠久的历史,本文主要对餐饮产业的基本概念及其影响因素进行了探讨和分析,对珠三角地区的餐饮产业现状进行了调查,力图找出珠三角地区美食街空间分布的基本规律、取得的成功经验及不足,旨在为全国各个地区发展餐饮产业提供借鉴和参考,为美食街的空间设计提供一定的参考依据。
