“21世纪海上丝绸之路”是我国对外经贸格局战略调整的延伸和体现。深圳地理区位优越、市场经济发达、产业基础雄厚,具有参与共建“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的优越条件。在参与共建“21世纪海上丝绸之路”过程中,深圳应明确城市定位,形成自身比较优势;突破传统同质化发展路径,积极拓展差异化合作;以前海蛇口自贸区为载体,探索以开放促制度创新的试点;以湾区经济为依托,构筑更高层次开放性经济体系。
The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road is an extension and manifestation of the strategic adjustment of our country’s pattern of foreign trade and economic cooperation. With its superior geographical position, developed market economy and strong industrial base, Shenzhen enjoys the favorable conditions for participating in the joint construction of “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. In participating in the process of building “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”, Shenzhen should define the city orientation and form its own comparative advantage; break through the traditional homogenization development path and actively expand the cooperation in differentiation; formerly Shekou FTA , Explore pilot projects to promote innovation in the open economy, and rely on the economic development in the Bay Area to build a higher-level open economy.
