钢桁梁公路斜拉桥主梁刚度等效研究

为了有效地减少钢桁梁公路斜拉桥仿真分析计算的单元数与节点数,可以把空间桁架模型通过刚度等效转换成平面桁架或单梁模型。该文运用曲线拟合,对华伦式、普拉特式空间桁架梁进行有限元数值分析,得到了不同桁梁高度、不同桁架节间长度条件下悬臂桁架梁的梁端挠度,从而确定了平面桁架模型的平联刚度修正系数以及单梁模型惯性矩、剪切刚度修正系数的拟合公式。结果表明:在刚度等效的前提下,平面桁架、单梁模型具有较高的计算精度,能显著提高钢桁梁公路斜拉桥建模效率。 In order to effectively reduce the number of units and nodes in simulation analysis and calculation of steel truss highway cable-stayed bridge, the space truss model can be equivalently transformed into a planar truss or single-beam model through stiffness equivalent. In this paper, the curve fitting is used to analyze the finite element analysis of the Wrenlan-Prat space truss girder, and the deflection of the beam ends of cantilever truss girders with different truss girder heights and different truss length are obtained. Plane joint truss stiffness correction coefficient and single-beam model moment of inertia, shear stiffness correction factor fitting formula. The results show that under the premise of equivalent stiffness, the planar truss and single-beam model have higher calculation accuracy and can significantly improve the modeling efficiency of the steel truss-girder highway cable-stayed bridge.
