目的研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者骨髓浆细胞CD+38CD138+及外周血免疫球蛋白、游离的单克隆性κ、λ轻链、β2微球蛋白的表达水平及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪检测30例MM患者骨髓浆细胞CD38+CD138+表达水平及应用特殊蛋白分析仪检测外周血免疫球蛋白(IgG、游离的单克隆性κ、λ轻链、β2微球蛋白。结果 MM患者骨髓浆细胞CD38+CD138+表达率为(85.36±13.24)%,明显高于正常对照组骨髓浆细胞CD38+CD138+表达率(5.12±3.32)%,MM患者其余各项指标均明显高于正常对照组。结论 MM患者骨髓浆细胞CD38+CD138++表达率明显高于正常对照组骨髓浆细胞CD38+CD138+表达率,MM患者其余各项指标均明显高于正常对照组。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD 38 + 38 CD 138 + and peripheral blood immunoglobulin, free monoclonal κ, λ light chains and β 2 microglobulin in patients with multiple myeloma (MM) and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of CD38 + CD138 + in bone marrow plasma cells of 30 MM patients was detected by flow cytometry. The peripheral blood immunoglobulins (IgG, free monoclonal κ, λ light chain, β2 microglobulin) were detected by special protein analyzer. Results The expression of CD38 + CD138 + in bone marrow cells of MM patients was (85.36 ± 13.24)%, which was significantly higher than that of normal control group (5.12 ± 3.32%). The remaining indicators of MM patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls Normal control group.Conclusion The expression rate of CD38 + CD138 ++ in bone marrow plasma cells of MM patients is significantly higher than that of normal control group, and the rest of MM patients are significantly higher than the normal control group.
