内皮素(Endothelin,ET)是近年来从猪主动脉内皮细胞分离、纯化的一种生物活性多肽,具有强大的收缩血管作用。可引起心肌挛缩,心排血量降低,心率失常;持续灌注ET可引起ET性休克,致使动物死亡。应用特异性ET放射免疫测定发现:休克、心肌梗塞和脑卒中等严重缺氧患者,血浆ET水平明显升高。在血管平滑肌上具有密集的ET受体,但其受体后的机制尚不了解。本工作观察了给大鼠静脉注射ET后,血浆及心肺组织cAMP和cGMP水平的变化。
Endothelin (Endothelin, ET) is a kind of bioactive polypeptide isolated and purified from porcine aortic endothelial cells in recent years, and has a powerful vasoconstrictor effect. Can cause myocardial contracture, cardiac output decreased, arrhythmia; continuous perfusion ET can cause ET-induced shock, resulting in animal death. Application of specific radioimmunoassay found: shock, myocardial infarction and stroke in patients with severe hypoxia, plasma ET levels were significantly higher. There is a dense ET receptor on vascular smooth muscle, but the mechanism behind its receptor is unknown. This work observed the changes of cAMP and cGMP levels in plasma and cardiopulmonary tissues after intravenous injection of ET to rats.
